The rooms and breakfast room were exceptionally clean. We had Wi-Fi that worked very well in the rooms, and the hotel parking was really important to us. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:00. The location isn’t convenient if you’re visiting the city to sightsee. Lots of greetings! 😊

The room we were given was in the attic, with 3 metal beds, and felt like a 2-star room. I had paid 176 euros per night for a 4-star room with a double bed, but they had given that room to someone else. Staff were rude and refused either to move us or refund the money, so I was left paying 176 EURO for a room worth 40 EURO. The bathroom shower is only 1.80m from base to ceiling, and I’m 1.98 m tall, so I couldn’t use it. The dresser door couldn’t open because furniture had been installed beside it. The furniture was old and outdated.

We only stayed one night because an exhibition had filled most of the hotels in BO. The room and stairs were clean, and the bed was okay. The TV was new and flat, though small. Apart from that, everything felt very old-fashioned. On the second floor, a door to the outside was left open and blocked, so someone could come into the hotel from the exterior stairs. The shower was directly in front of or above the toilet. I’ve never seen one like it, and the tiny room made me decide it was better not to shower than try to use both at once. At 110€ a night, this place is nowhere near acceptable. There were prostitutes right outside the hotel, too. I wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast was terrible, with almost nothing to eat, and it was very hard to communicate with reception or anyone on staff since nobody spoke English. I didn’t feel safe in the area at all. This place was awful and far too expensive. It seemed to be run by a Russian team, and I wouldn’t stay here even for free. They should close the hotel.
