Hotel Parco Delle Querce

The pool is comfortable, and the restaurant is excellent. This resort sits in a wonderful spot at just 250 m.a.s.l., with a fresh breeze even on hot summer evenings. I recommend taking a trip around the area at sunrise or sunset on a revved emtb. It’s amazing and exciting.

Parco delle Querce – Green Hospitality Experience was recommended by a tech partner while I was in Crispiano for its annual Sustainability Festival. I hadn’t known about it before, and I’m glad I took the suggestion. The resort is surrounded by nature, about a 6-7 minute drive from Crispiano. I took the scenic route from Mottola and even spotted a fox, which I managed to photograph. A small, magical moment that suited the feel of the area. The place is elegant and clearly aiming for high standards. My room was beautifully finished and very comfortable, and I slept well. The restaurant inside traditional trulli buildings adds a refined, authentic touch. Some work was still underway during my May visit: the spa was under construction, and the pool area hadn’t opened because of the cool, rainy weather. I didn’t get to visit the Aquapark, which is part of the wider project. Even so, it was an excellent stay in a charming region. Crispiano is a lovely town, and its Sustainability Festival was impressively organized, with strong involvement from schools, professionals, and local institutions. The location is strategic for visiting Taranto and Martina Franca. I’d absolutely return, even for a holiday. Highly recommended.

The traditional Trulli are marvelous, and having the restaurant inside them makes this a fantastic experience, far more than a simple hotel. The service and rooms were excellent, and everything was as it should be. There’s also a waterpark that’s great fun for adults and young people.

I was here on a business trip, and my birthday happened to fall during the stay. The staff were great and kindly found us a spot to have a drink in front of the fireplace. Great place and staff, thanks :)
