My husband, son, and I stayed at Nika resort during the week of Ferragosto. I wasn’t very satisfied. I appreciate that the owner was flexible with our dates and willing to help, but there are two things I have to complain about. Even though I said when booking that there would be three of us, the room was tiny. We could barely move, and opening the bathroom door meant getting in the other person’s way. Also, room cleaning is done only every three days, which seems absurd at 90 euros a night.

The track layout and upkeep are excellent, and the concrete strips are really useful. The karts are well tuned too, but the staff stand out most for their hospitality. Congratulations, I recommend EVERYONE go there.

As the owner of the "Pista Nika Internazionale" facility of the same name, I’d like to reply to Mr. Alessandro Troiano. Mr. Alessandro, I’m sure you know that 11-year-olds can’t ride on racing circuits without a valid ACI-SPORT license. Still, to avoid putting your son in an awkward position, we made an exception and took responsibility for letting him ride. Since he was a first-time driver, we needed to put him in a go-kart suited to his skill level. For his safety and everyone’s peace of mind, we chose a significantly underpowered one after carefully explaining how to drive and giving him several practice runs. PS: I hope you understand why the go-kart your son drove was so slow.

The owner is quite a character, and the staff are very kind. There’s also a go-kart track next to the resort for anyone who’s into that.

This place sucks. The karts are really poor. My 11-year-old son could drive one-handed and scratch his belly with the other. What a drag. 😷😷😷😷😷
