The room was new and clean, though its only view was a small courtyard. The host was very kind, the location excellent, and the price fair. There were plenty of amenities included, even water. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was too soft, and the pillow was too high. There wasn't a wastebasket. The bathroom had no hooks for towels or a shelf for toiletries and a toiletry bag. Also, the light outside the bathroom came on whenever someone walked past, which woke anyone still in bed.

I stopped in one evening and tried the vegan burger. It was pretty bland and didn't have much taste. The fries I ordered took half an hour to arrive, too.

I came to Cuneo to accompany my mother to the hospital and found this place by chance. The inn felt so welcoming, and the bistro was fantastic. My room was quiet and very clean, and I think it had been renovated recently. Highly recommended.

We skipped the breakfast, which costs extra, but found the stay excellent value. One night at the end of June was €65, tourist tax included. The location is ideal in the historic center, a two-minute walk from the main street, with free public street parking nearby. Our double room had a private bathroom and was beautifully renovated, with thoughtful, original furnishings and lots of nice details. It was spacious and very quiet, and very clean. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows, and a coffee maker. French doors opened onto a small terrace with outdoor lighting, a little table, and chairs, facing a large inner courtyard. The staff were welcoming and professional. There's an elevator and air conditioning for anyone who wants it.
