The staff were very kind, and the dinner was good, but vegetarians had to ask for an alternative and what they got wasn’t really a proper option. Our rooms were clean and fine for sleeping, though pretty basic, and the service was okay. We were hoping to use the spa, but it wasn’t open at the hotel where our group was staying. The main hotel’s reception said its spa was open, but when I called to ask if we could come over, they politely told us we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, but each morning it was at 8, leaving our group of 15 waiting in the lobby.

We only stopped in for a meal, and it was fantastic. The food was great, the service was friendly, and I’d happily recommend the restaurant.

The ski bus stop is right outside, and there’s a ski depot with its own entrance. The hotel is cosy, the rooms are clean, and breakfast has lots to choose from. Dinner was delicious too, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

We’d booked two nights, but when we arrived there was no room for us. The alternative hotel was about 4 km away, up in the mountains rather than by the lake. A really disappointing experience.

I stayed for two days in July for the Reschenseelauf run. The hotel was clean and pleasant, the staff friendly, and the food lovely. I’ll definitely come back for another stay.
