Casa Amalia

For what it cost, the stay was disappointing. The owners seemed to have an issue with everything and made things difficult.

Casa Amalia is in the historic center, about a 10-minute walk from Boario Terme, with bus stops right outside. Cinzia was kind, and the two-room apartment is conveniently placed near a bakery. There's free parking in front, plus many very expensive shops nearby. The water park, riding stables, and Conad supermarket with an ice cream shop are all a five-minute walk away, and Boario Thermal Park is 15 minutes on foot. It was a pleasant, comfortable stay, though a few small touches could improve it. The apartment has no washing machine because of budget constraints. I believe there was no iron or ironing board either, and breakfast isn't provided. There's only a little cookware, and most of it is worn. A few improvements could triple the business, though that's not for me to say. Thanks again to Cinzia for her hospitality.

At Amalia's house I found myself in a small, cold apartment with just a window and no balcony. The apartment with a balcony costs more, and she asked me €20. I thought I'd booked the balcony apartment. The host was arrogant and bullying, and I found it completely unacceptable. She told me to leave, banged on the door like a desperate woman, and verbally attacked me. She lives above the vacation rental and is constantly watching, so there's no privacy. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Don't go to this crazy person. People with brains think and speak. Respect everyone.

The owners are helpful and honest. The rooms are clean, with a refrigerator and kitchen facilities, and guests can use the coffee machine and coffee maker too. If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stay! - Eugenio
