AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM! I booked through Airbnb more than two months in advance. When I contacted the hotel to ask about check-in, I found out my room wasn't available. Nobody had told me beforehand. I presume it was overbooking, and it felt simply dishonest. The owners were incredibly rude, offered no solution, and hung up on me. I strongly advise against staying here!

The busy street outside made it hard to leave the window open, though the air conditioning helped with that. Inside, the rooms feel roomy, welcoming, and modern, and even their flower-themed names fit the Art Nouveau style. The rooms are upstairs, with the bar downstairs serving breakfast to B&B guests in the morning. It must have taken a lot of work to renovate the place, and it really paid off. A charming B&B, highly recommended.

Larissa was especially kind and helpful, and the cleanliness, service, and breakfast were all a 10. We spent one night at this centrally located hotel in an area of Boario Terme that isn't as busy as it was in the '70s and '80s. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely return.

At checkout, when I tried to pay by credit card, the receptionist/bartender (Miss Nice) said the POS wasn't working and had to be replaced, so I was told to pay in cash. No one had mentioned at check-in the night before that they only accepted cash. I could have called the Finance Police, but I was in a hurry to go skiing, so I had to find an ATM, withdraw money, and return to pay. Same old story. Shame on you. I see you're about to stop accepting reservations on Booking.com. Look at that... you're hilarious!
