The food was poor and took ages to come, even though they were serving just 3 tables. They brought me the wrong dish and didn’t apologize. Then rain started coming through the roof, and the place began flooding. We had to move our own plates across the dining room, and again, nobody apologized.

What stayed with me most was how warmly the staff treated us. We’d spent a full day driving in scorching heat with two young children, and the welcome, all smiles and kindness, turned the day around right away. Tourism can feel anonymous, with people passing through who may never return, but the young team at Wolf Village still made that extra effort and really warmed our hearts. One waitress even sang back our daughter’s order of fries and ketchup, making it feel like a celebration instead of judging her for ordering that at an Italian restaurant. I hope the staff are paid well for the excellent work they do. Hats off to management for building such a strong team. Thank you, we’ll definitely come again.

We stopped for lunch right next door after a great rafting day at Valle Stura Outdoor. The food and service were both great. Many thanks from DBPM Team Torino, 20/07/2024.

Really tasty pizza, and it didn’t cost much at all. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were very kind, and our room was clean and warm. There’s a nice view around the hotel too.
