The broken elevator was a real problem. I asked if it could be fixed and was ignored, and it stayed out of order for a week. We were on the third floor with a family of four and a baby, which was impossible. I’d never seen a pool without restrooms before, either. The apartment itself was neat, clean, and spacious, with a nice large kitchen. Such a shame.

Hello, we posted a negative review just after leaving on 07/09/25. Maybe that’s why our €250 deposit still hasn’t been returned. No one from the company has contacted us.

The apartment was lovely and the complex was great, with a very clean swimming pool. The problem was that the elevator was broken, so we couldn’t use it to get to the upper floor.
