RTA Nevesole Folgarida

The staff are so friendly and kind, and the manager is always available to help guests have a good stay. We’ve stayed at neve sole for the second year now, and it works well for families or couples who love skiing. You can head to the slopes directly from the hotel if you ski, or take the shuttle to the folgarida slopes for 1.50 per adult, return included. We’ll be back next year.

The only good thing for us was the ski-in, ski-out location, though there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The rooms had no Wi-Fi, and the connection in the common area was only available until 20h. The bedding and kitchen area were dirty and old, and the whole place needs a major update. The ski room was left open without locks, and after some skis went missing we had to keep our gear in the apartment. Parking spaces are small. The spa was a joke, with just a sauna and a small jacuzzi with dirty water. The hotel charges extra for using the common area, and I’m not sure what else, since the sauna also costs extra. It seemed to be a mandatory payment for all guests. A really bad experience. I’ll never come back.

The apartment is missing even some basic kitchen items, and it could have been cleaner. The bed and sofa covers were visibly dirty. The walls are thin, so you shouldn’t expect much peace and quiet. The location is good, though.

The heated ski storage was handy, with warm ski boots waiting in the morning, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We stayed in the 7 pers appartement, which had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and the beds and sofa beds were fine. The kitchen was very small and short on utensils, the one thing I’d improve. The location next to the slopes was great.
