Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good, and the hotel is right in the center, which made getting around easy. The room was clean and looked after, though it felt quite cramped. The reception staff were welcoming and explained the essentials for our stay in a friendly, efficient way.

The rooms seemed fair for the price, but the service was exceptionally bad. On our first day, we couldn't leave our bags in the room while it was being cleaned, and the receptionist actually handed us the keys before taking them back. They also only accept cash for the deposit, not cards. You usually get one chance to win a customer over, and this was my day one experience.

I'd include dinner in the stay so you don't have to look for a restaurant elsewhere. It's a great spot for families with little kids, with a lovely wellness centre, excellent massage options, and a very good breakfast.

Marco from the miniclub was a lovely person and made evenings fun for both kids and adults. We also really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and free shuttle to the ski lifts. Great service overall and good value for the money.

The food was the tastiest I've had in Italy, and the wellness center was so relaxing. Such a lovely apartment, with great facilities, and the whole Ramponi family made us feel welcome. Would absolutely recommend :)
