August 15-18, 2024 The cleanliness was fine, and so was the courtesy at reception. But the room praised in so many older reviews, I think it was room 4 with the indoor stairs up to the terrace, was a fail for me. It faces the main road and gets noisy. A streetlight sits above the balcony, and the shutter doesn't close properly, so the light comes in at night. Then at 5:30 AM, with the sun coming up, that same badly closing 3m shutter let the room light up and woke me. The bidet only had a trickle of water because its filter was clogged. I complained, but nothing was done. The response was basically, it's August 15th, a special time of year, what do you expect? Things can wear out over time, even facilities, and I'd read some pretty dated reviews. When you're out all day on vacation, especially at the beach, being able to rest properly at a B&B matters. At €94 per night, I thought this room was overpriced.

Because it's in a small village, parking was quick and easy, and there's a well-stocked supermarket nearby. The property is inland in Marittima but very close to the coast. Our room was modern, really nice, and had all the comforts: air conditioning, mini-fridge, balcony, drying rack, clothes pegs, and more. There was also a door from our assigned room to a private terrace with sofas and an umbrella, which we had to ourselves.

The price doesn't match what you get. The room is spacious, but it's short on useful furnishings, the clothesline is tiny, staff are almost nowhere to be seen, and the cleaning is poor. The location is central, though, with several amenities nearby.

Paolo welcomed us warmly and made the stay even nicer. He was friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully put together and spotlessly clean, and the property itself is lovely. A very positive experience, and we'll definitely return!

We felt very welcome, and the place had a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Staff were kind and helpful. The B&B was spotless, with spacious rooms and a genuinely comfortable bed. We'll certainly be back!
