Anna and her son Andrea were so kind and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the location worked really well. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

I slept so well here: the hotel is a little removed from the main shopping area, so it was quiet, and there was a fan in my room along with a window I could open for fresh air. The entrance uses a key, and the corridor felt bright and welcoming. I was traveling alone with my dog and felt safe; the dog was welcome too. The manager was very kind, and breakfast was free and served in a pleasant setting. There’s also a fabulous restaurant attached. The hotel was great value for a spontaneous shopping trip. Domodossola itself is a historic gem, with lovely old town shops and beauty all around, including the nearby mountains.

The welcome was the best part, the owner was genuinely warm and kind. We stayed for two nights in a first-floor room, and there’s an elevator. We booked online, so breakfast wasn’t included, though they later offered us an Italian breakfast. The hotel is good. If I’m being picky, there were only two herbal tea options and I’d have liked a basket in the room. Recommended.
