The rooms were the one drawback for us. There’s no A/C, and it’s needed, especially at night. The thick walls warm up in summer and give off heat overnight. The people there know about this and told us they have plans to address it. We still had a very nice time. Everyone was extremely kind, polite, and warm, and the restaurant offered a unique culinary experience with menus inspired by local recipes.

The mountain atmosphere felt cozy and sophisticated, and the panoramic views were breathtaking. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, with people who seemed genuinely passionate about the food. The cooking brought tradition and creativity together. Each dish was carefully presented, full of flavor, and a pleasant surprise. The chef clearly takes pride in exploring new ideas while respecting Italian roots. It’s worth making the trip for the views, and the food and hospitality made it memorable too.

Dinner could use more vegetarian options. As far as I remember, there wasn’t a vegetarian main course, so we ate at a nearby restaurant on the following nights. We really enjoyed staying here otherwise. The rooms were nice, the pool was great, and the view from the outdoor dining area was spectacular. Breakfast was nice too.

We went with my family for Christmas, and every dish was creative and tasty. The staff were helpful and nice, and took care of every request. The location was easy to find, with clearly marked roads and signs. If you’re considering going, do it. Weekends are always booked, so it’s best to reserve at least a week ahead.

The owner is extremely welcoming and attentive to what you need. There are two great companions running around the premises to entertain guests. The food and atmosphere are lovely. It feels like dining in a small castle, and it’s a lovely place to stay.
