The host was kind, and the hotel was very clean. A very good place to stay.

We found the residence comfortable and practical, and it’s a shame because the place has potential. But the kitchen wasn’t modern, and we had to go to the station to buy matches before we could use it. The toilet paper was already half gone, and although there’s a dishwasher, there was no soap, which made it seem like we weren’t meant to use it. I asked the owner for a receipt, admittedly late because I naively thought I’d find it the next day, but got no reply. They were quick enough to take the money. Hospitality and honesty are another matter. The owner talked about having four units, but without receipts anyone could do that.

The apartments are new, well looked after, and equipped with everything you need. Staff are happy to help with requests, and there’s private parking right in front of the house. It’s also convenient for getting around: the international train station is 190 meters away, the supermarket 200 meters, and Domodossola’s historic center 400 meters.

We spent the first three days of the year here as a family, and the owner was a delightful person. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished, with excellent private parking just a short walk from fabulous DOMODOSSOLA city center. From this strategic spot, there are plenty of options for sightseeing, sports, and shopping. The station is only 100 meters away, where you can catch the Vigezzina train. We’ll come back as soon as we can.
