We were welcomed so warmly and given all the information we needed, and even our goodbye was especially friendly and courteous. The home sits in a one-of-a-kind spot among nature, just minutes from the sea and gorgeous beaches. Our apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we could need. We’ll definitely return.

Enrico was always helpful whenever we needed something, and there are two excellent restaurants close by. The house has lots of outdoor room for kids to play, plus a roomy terrace you can really use. Inside, the bedrooms are spacious and stocked with what you need for a comfortable holiday. It’s a great location for the beaches, while the evenings are peaceful among the greenery. Booking a rental online can be tricky, but I was completely happy with this choice and highly recommend it.

After 10 years, my wife and I came back to this lovely place and found it just as comfortable and pleasant as before. The terrace is fabulous, the Chia beaches are close, and there’s plenty of peace and relaxation. The accommodation is in great shape, with air conditioning now in the living room and kitchen too. I recommend it, and we’ll be back again.

Chia is top-notch, and Renzo and Enrico were kind and helpful. We stayed in a clean, super comfortable first-floor home with everything we needed, surrounded by greenery and topped off by a spectacular terrace.

The apartment had all the comforts we needed and was really well equipped. It’s set among greenery, with easy access to the area's most beautiful beaches. We’ll see you again soon!
