Red House is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street in Domus De Maria. The village is small but has the essentials, and it's handy for getting to Chia, Teulada, and beyond. We spent ten days there and found the house welcoming, very clean, and equipped for a comfortable stay. The owners were lovely and available whenever we needed something. Highly recommended!

The kitchen had everything, and even the bathroom came stocked with personal care products I've never seen in five-star hotels. Everything was spotless, and the sheets and towels smelled wonderful. Aldo stopped by to check that our stay was going well, and my husband and I were struck by how professional and kind you were. Thanks for such lovely days, Patrizia. We'll definitely return to your places. We spent a fantastic seven days in SouthSardinia's green house. We felt looked after, with all sorts of amenities and a welcome box on the table. It's called unique stays, authentic emotions.

I've stayed here three times in August, in 2011, 2021, and 2025, and the standard has gone downhill instead of improving. Prices have gone up while service and quality have fallen. The apartments need better upkeep and cleaning, and communication and customer care need a lot of work. I regret trusting a relationship that had built up over time and expecting to be treated with extra care. The basic elements of a good tourist stay, the ones that lead to a satisfied guest, just aren't there. For instance, when there's a check-in fee, be proactive: pay ahead with an invoice and bring cash on arrival. If a guest has agreed specific details about the apartment's furnishings, function, or amenities, getting those requests handled can become such a hassle that even after the holiday it's hard to part on good terms. I'm talking about the host I booked with and always dealt with, who has now completely disappeared. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm and couldn't be moved earlier during booking. We knew we'd arrive early, so suggested noon or another earlier time. In the end, exhausted from the trip, we had to wait, and the house wasn't handed over until after 3 pm, not two hours before the agreed time. I have all the details if anyone wants them. And about that Prosecco in the fridge, let's leave it at that. I'd rather have clean deckchair cushions, without dog paw marks, and a functional house than a bottle of prosecco. They clearly haven't put the study and training into a high-level job like this, despite charging high-level prices. It's all improvisation.

Villa Lore di Is Morus is beautiful and recently renovated. Just be aware that the second bathroom is outside the house and also used to store equipment, which might be awkward if you're traveling as a couple or with people who want a bathroom for each room. For a family, that may not be an issue. We spent a few days there with friends. Andrea gave us an excellent welcome, lots of useful information, and was always attentive and ready to help. The agency was excellent too!
