L'Oasi

We especially appreciated the quiet, shaded spots around the grounds and the restaurant and bar patio, with its wonderful views. The family running the hotel were amazing, and the hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. We stayed three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast had plenty of choice and generous portions, just right before hiking in the area. They also took my nut allergy seriously and quickly pointed out safe options each day. Dinner one evening was excellent. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Dinner needs to be reserved the day before or in the morning, and it's only served to hotel guests. Maria cooks something different each day, and it was delicious. Her freshly baked cakes were among the tasty breakfast spread, alongside local ricotta, cured meats, and fresh fruit. The hotel has a lovely, peaceful feel, with clean rooms, well-kept grounds, and a glass-enclosed breakfast terrace that really stands out. The room decor is a little dated, though everything was clean and cared for. There's a shortcut of about five minutes to the port and lively center. It feels like a family-run oasis, and I fell in love with the place. ❤️

We stayed three nights in mid-July, and this was the nicest place we had in Sardinia. It felt like good value for the views and level of service. Breakfast was included and very good, while the evening meals were also tasty and fairly priced. The restaurant looks out over an amazing view. Below the hotel, lovely tiered patios with deck chairs made a great spot to watch the sea and moon. Everyone was very friendly, especially the English-speaking waitress. Since we had an early departure on our last day, she packed breakfast for us the night before.

The walk up from Cala Gonone is a bit of a climb, but the views from L'Oasi make it well worth doing. We loved the quiet gardens, which have ping pong and table football, and the hotel's design and layout give it a special feel. Breakfast and dinner both tasted great, with wonderful views over Cala Gonone. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with good air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the view. The staff were kind and helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout. I highly recommend L'Oasi.
