Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, which made the whole visit feel like a bit of magic. A really special experience.

The gelato itself was disappointing, especially after waiting around half an hour at the shop. Even the cream came from a supermarket canister. At least I got a pleasant walk out of it.

I did like the idea of eating outdoors, but the way things were organized let it down. On my first lunch visit the line was enormous. They might have taken numbers and buzzed people when it was their turn instead of making everyone stand there. I ordered the pulled pork, but the flavor was off to me, almost like tuna. When I came back, I picked an appetizer menu and asked to add a simple fennel salad. The cashier wasn't sure what to charge and came back with 8 euros. That seemed too much, so I said to forget it. She told me rather arrogantly that it couldn't be removed from the order anymore, and that some salads cost even more. I didn't like her attitude. The salad turned out to be a generous one, so I could understand the price in the end, but I couldn't have known that from what I'd asked for. Paying 32 euros to eat from paper plates in a park still feels excessive. What a shame.

The adventure trail is clean and well looked after, and it keeps both children and teenagers interested. The outdoor areas are also great for parties and ceremonies. I do think parking could be free, but otherwise it's fine.
