We left and will ask for a refund, and we plan to file a complaint with the Carabinieri over the terrible sanitary conditions. The pool was cloudy and dirty. The owner said we could swim anyway and that it would clear the next day, but we stayed out because of the infection risk. The kitchen was old and filthy, with spiders and grease everywhere; the cutlery drawer and cookware were dirty too, and the tables and chairs looked like they were made of who knows what. The living room and kitchen air conditioning didn’t work. There were structural problems in the rooms, sand in the shower tray from who knows who, and dirty mosquito nets and windows. A real disgrace.

Gianni deserves a special thank you. The grounds are spacious and well kept, and the rooms are excellent. We had a wonderful time here with my girlfriend, and the cleanliness, order and service were all excellent. It’s also a lovely place to relax with children. We’ll definitely come back!

Mr. Gianni is a wonderful host, very kind and always willing to help. The pool is beautiful and kept clean and well maintained by the owner. It’s a lovely, peaceful oasis, and definitely somewhere I’d return to.

The house itself is an absolute dream, and Gianni, the owner, is exceptionally attentive to his guests. It’s a quiet place close to the beach. The only drawback is the approach, which isn’t very pleasant because of the rubbish.

I’ve stayed here twice in under a month and had a great time both visits. It’s ideal if you want peace and relaxation. Mr. Gianni is calm and very available to guests. I recommend it to everyone.
