Villetta Nembra

We went home the next morning, our holiday ruined. On top of the night we’d paid for, our deposit was unfairly kept, which we don’t think was right after such poor service. When we called the owner about the blood drops on the sheets, she came up to change them, but said no guests had ever complained and that we could leave if we didn’t like it. We found the sheets the night before bed. Earlier, the four of us had to clean the apartment because it was dirty everywhere, and even the bathroom bins hadn’t been emptied by the previous guests. With hygiene more important than ever these days, that level of filth was unacceptable to us.

The owners were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and I’d gladly return as soon as I can. Villeta Nembra's apartment was just as described online, with panoramic mountain views and a well-located, genuinely peaceful space. It had a warm atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and impeccable cleanliness and hygiene. I recommend it 100%!

Special service, fabulous croissants, great cappuccino, and aperitifs too. Alessandra, Sara & Co. make the place enchanting, relaxing, friendly, and full of smiles. Right, Sara? It’s awesome. Don’t you think? Give it a try. You’ll find me there!

We keep coming back to this accommodation, and this year we were there again in June. The rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies, and there’s parking by the house. The owners Alex and Louisa are very friendly and helpful with everything. We’ll definitely return!
