Getting to the property by public transport was easy, and there was plenty close by, from supermarkets and banks to pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, and tobacconists. The room was lovely and had everything I needed. Mr. LELLO was very accommodating when my ship arrived late, and still welcomed me late at night. As someone who travels a lot, I rarely find a place this clean. It really deserves its 5* rating, and I'll definitely return.

The station is very close, and the location is just right. The host was friendly and ready to help.

The place has a nice feel, and its recent renovation made a good first impression, but the upkeep is disappointing. The bed base is broken and creaks whenever you move. The towels were gray, and I ended up having a freezing shower because there was no hot water. At breakfast, the basket had four pieces of toast and three single-serve jams, and the cutlery still had jam on it from earlier guests. It's a shame, because the place could be lovely with more attention to detail.

The owners were so kind, and the room felt clean and welcoming. The bathroom was large and perfectly fine, and there was a little corner for a really good breakfast. It's very central and handy for getting to different places. I'd gladly do it again.
