The food was delicious, the wine pairings worked really well, and the whole meal was a great experience. The people were amazing and treated us so well. Go, it's fantastic, a destination in itself. I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting Herculaneum, Pompeii or Vesuvius. You can enjoy the lovely rooms and nearby sites, then come back to a calm break from the bustle of the Naples region.

The grounds look clean and luxurious, and the restaurant looks appealing at first, but the rest didn't live up to that setting. It's expensive and the service was awful: no wine tasting, the wine was warm, and nobody smiled. The meat had more fat than meat. We know good and bad restaurants and won't be back. I was really disappointed that the Michelin guide mentions this place. Go for a good pizza in town and save your money.

The interior is beautiful, and the room was modern, cozy, lovely and smelled great. But dinner at the restaurant was the best experience of my life. Daniele was a perfect host, and the four-course meal felt like a beautifully choreographed performance, with delicious food and great service. The local white wine was delicious too. I'd definitely recommend it for a romantic dinner or a fancy business event.

A dining experience to treasure. The menu had plenty of variety and showcased regional food, with home-grown vegetables alongside it. The cuisine was exquisite, and the staff were attentive, delightful and knowledgeable. Danielle was very friendly and helped us make our choices.

The views are what make this stay worthwhile, and I'd love to come back. Masseria Guida is in a relaxing spot near the foot of Mt. Vesuvius, a quick drive away. It's about 15 minutes from Naples and 20 minutes by car from the Pompeii Ruins. The food is delicious, though most things are fried, and I'd suggest trying their gourmet restaurant. The people were welcoming, but also felt cold and impersonal. I think hospitality is done differently here: they do their jobs well, but don't really chat. I tried to engage with them, though their English and my Italian were both limited, so we managed. Giovana was an absolute angel and looked after us through dinner. I'd recommend Masseria Guida to anyone staying in Naples who wants a place away from the city's hustle and bustle.
