The view was lovely, apart from the road below. The apartment itself was clean and really nice, and the host went out of her way to make sure we were okay. She even gave us a lot of help during an emergency. I'd definitely consider staying here to visit Vesuvius or Herculaneum.

The main drawback is getting to the train station: it's about a 25-minute walk over hilly, difficult roads. There are buses right outside, though I didn't use them. If you're catching a train, check the timetable carefully since trains don't run every few minutes like the subway. I left my Chinese car in the parking lot for all four days and it was perfectly safe, which is unusual in Naples. The host also pointed us toward nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and attractions. I tried nearly all of them and liked them.

We were welcomed so warmly when we stayed a year ago. They also pointed us to a lovely bar and some shops. Thanks for the great service :)

We were really pleased with our stay. The room was clean and very nice, and communication with the people there was pleasant and easy.
