La Pineta al Mare

The Il Pergolato apartment looks out over the pine forest and was spotless, comfortable and practical. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, including dishes, cookware, towels, toiletries and a washing machine. There's air conditioning and parking inside the gated community. Alessandro also left a welcome kit with espresso pods, sugar and herbal teas, plus local treats like Pachino tomato sauce, busiate pasta and Sicilian lemon liqueur. We were just a five-minute walk from the seafront, with the apartment set beautifully against the mountain. Mariangela got in touch on her own the day before we arrived to arrange a time, and told us we could come in the morning because the apartment was ready. That was a priceless bonus after an overnight sailing trip from Naples to Palermo and an early arrival. She welcomed us and gave us really useful advice, and Alessandro was delightful too. Thanks to them both, the vacation was unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We had a very positive stay and will definitely be back. The place is beautiful, welcoming and clean, with all the comforts we needed and a complimentary kit of typical Sicilian products. Alessandro is a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable owner who pays attention to guests' requests. Maria Angela was lovely too, full of explanations and tips for enjoying the area's beaches, coves, monuments and salt pans, as well as local food spots, from restaurants and pizzerias to ice cream shops and places for aperitifs or dinner. Mariangela gave us a lovely welcome, and my family and I had a wonderful time in the La Terrazza apartment in September. There was lots of space and the amenities were top notch. The villa is in a quiet but convenient, central spot, making it easy to explore nearby attractions by car.
