Andrea made our Airbnb stay the best experience. He was such a gentle host, going well beyond what I expected by sharing information and places in Fabriano to help make the visit better. He also had contacts for local food and drink and restaurant tastings, which made for a unique Fabriano experience. The house has everything you’d expect from an old country house, and more. I’ll always come back here.

Nuccia is the best hostess you could hope for, probably better than our mums ;-) The location is just 3km from the city center of fabriano, yet deep in the countryside, where the place takes you back to the 1700s. The colonial house is beautiful and finely decorated in keeping with tradition. The park is large and elevated, with breathtaking views.

The house is beautiful and surrounded by nature, with a delightful owner. It’s very close to Fabriano and well placed for visiting the loveliest parts of Umbria and Marche. A must-see. We had an excellent experience.

The house feels magical, set in a green paradise and equipped with everything. We felt at home, and the affable owner’s advice can lead you to unforgettable places and places to eat. The hospitality was perfect.
