Rooms & Breakfast La Filigrana

The room was quiet even though the property is close to the station, and the stay was clean and comfortable. Omar was kind, communicative, and a great host, making our short visit very pleasant. It’s a handy spot, around a 10-minute walk from the city center. Being near the station also means there’s no need for a taxi if you’re taking the train to nearby places. Breakfast is brought right to your room, with a choice of sweet or savory options.

I was in Fabriano for business meetings and stayed here for five days. The railway station is right across the road, which made getting around very convenient. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Omer is a really nice person and went beyond what I expected whenever I needed help. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Fabriano.

There’s plenty of space, plus a terrace where you can sit outside. Everything felt new, the mattress was exceptional, and the place was spotless. My host brought an excellent breakfast made to my choice. For the price, this was honestly one of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in. It’s directly opposite the station, so very convenient. Thank you, grazie mille.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the owner was a wonderful guy who went well out of his way to help us. The included breakfast is served at the cafe across the road, with a great selection. 10/10.
