I had a wonderful holiday here. The guesthouse is well cared for and sits on a hill with a lovely mountain view. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the center of Fabriano. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Anna

We used this lovely, well-kept B&B as our base for the Cammino delle Terre Mutate, and it worked perfectly for us. The parking is very close to both the property and the center of Fabriano. The owner gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly. Bruno, Flavia, and Livia

The owner kindly let me check out late, at 12:00. The apartment is just outside the city center and easy to reach by car, with clean rooms that were spacious enough.

You don’t need to be a cleaning expert to see the problem. The photos show old dust everywhere, an encrusted kettle, and ashtrays that hadn’t been emptied. There was dust on the TV remote too, and even on a single-dose gel I found there, all documented in the photos. The windowsill had cobwebs, and the window frames had black mold.

The owner was very kind and hospitable. It’s a pleasant place in a quiet spot near the center of Fabriano.
