We really enjoyed this spacious, high-ceilinged house with its lovely decor. It has three en-suite bedrooms, clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host welcomed us with cheese, crackers and sweets, and provided sparkling water. One thing that could help guests: suggest unloading heavy bags in the driveway first, then taking them to the bedrooms on the lower level. Two of the bedrooms open onto the driveway, which we hadn't realized while hauling our heavy things. After unloading, the cars can be parked on the street above the house. That would have saved us a lot of effort, especially as we're older. The dishwasher gave an electricity overload warning and couldn't be used. The host knows about it and may be looking into the problem. I highly recommend the house.

We loved the pool for relaxing in the evening, and the rooms were spacious and very well kept. The welcome was warm, and the location is a great base for exploring Friuli. Such a charming place!

The layout of this lovely holiday home is spread over two and a half levels. Downstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The middle floor has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a shower room. Upstairs, there's a gallery with a sofa bed and a nicely set-up play area for children. Highly recommended!

We've stayed at Vecchio Fienile twice now and would happily return. The house is roomy and has everything you could need. Elena and her family are thoughtful, kind hosts. I'd give it six stars if I could.
