The view from the room was spectacular, and everything was clean. After we parked, the host picked us up and drove us through the narrow streets to the house. They were lovely and accommodating. I’d asked for the room to be decorated for my partner’s birthday; they charged a small amount and sent me a photo beforehand.

Breakfast was okay, and the room was spacious and tidy. This is a unique family-run guesthouse with a welcoming host and a stunning view of Lake Como. You do need to rely on their shuttle, which is an interesting ride, but it limits your flexibility since it doesn’t run around the clock, understandably. I’d recommend it for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

There’s some distance between the hotel and the nearest town, but the staff respond quickly and will shuttle you up the hill. The views are great and the hospitality was excellent. I’d recommend it.

The room had an almost unreal view through the windows, it was so beautiful. Getting there was an adventure too, riding the shuttle through incredibly narrow streets and up the hill. The host was lovely, caring, and charming. I highly recommend this guesthouse.
