We had our two kids, 10 and 15, with us for a skiing holiday and all came away wanting to return. The place is peaceful and comfortable, tastefully renovated, and has everything you need. I know the other reviews have said it already, but it's just amazing. A heartfelt thank you to Ingrid for having us.

Fai della Paganella is a charming village, and everything was within easy walking distance. We could get to grocery shops, restaurants, a tourist office with very friendly staff, and, best of all, the FREE ski bus stop for the ski areas or Andalo. We never needed the car. Castello Fai was a wonderful place for our group of six adults. The renovation was beautiful, bringing together historic details, family-story antiques and paintings, and modern technology to a high standard. The bedrooms were well appointed, the bathrooms gorgeous, and the kitchen had a wide range of dishes. Communication and check-in were impeccable. We had a truly lovely stay. Highly recommend.

As soon as you step into the Residence, it feels welcoming and comfortable. The apartment has every comfort and the rooms were meticulously clean. The renovation was done with care, blending the old and the new, history and modernity in a lovely way. We hope to return soon, highly recommended.

The cleanliness was excellent, and we were impressed by the home automation throughout the rooms, integrated into the historic setting. The residence is beautiful and the renovation was carried out with great care. Kudos to Ingrind and the owners for their courtesy and care, they were absolutely available and kind. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

Our girls were thrilled by the magical feel of the Fai Castle, where we stayed in the Residenza delle Contesse. The apartment suits families with kids and has been renovated with real attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped and comfortable, with direct access to the large garden.
