Cockroaches and awful management, with conditions that are very unfriendly for families. A hotel like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the European Union in 2023. Stay away! I reported it to the Italian consumer protection authority.

Mr. Rodolfo was always friendly and helpful, and ready with a joke. Our children had a great time too, and we’ll definitely come back. We were four, two adults and two children, and found the apartment spacious, clean, and well maintained. It was convenient for getting to the slopes by car or public transport. We chose half board, and the food was plentiful and very well cooked. My wife has celiac disease and was very happy with the dishes, which took her condition into account.

The free ski bus stop right below Hotel Montana is so handy. This year we also loved the new wellness area, with its sauna and whirlpool, especially with an aperitif and mountain views. We’ve been coming back happily for five years, and it feels like home every time. Rodolfo is welcoming, attentive, always smiling, and especially kind to my children, who adore all the extra pampering. The spacious rooms are warm and welcoming, in proper mountain style. Breakfasts are generous and varied, and dinner is consistently delicious, with carefully prepared dishes typical of Trentino. Hotel Montana, and Rodolfo in particular, are a guarantee! They gave us ideas every day for what to do and where to go, and welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. We stayed at the end of August in the residence with our two small children and Labrador, and had a wonderful time.
