Osvaldo greeted us at breakfast with fresh Italian espresso and was so nice. The management were very friendly too, and breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

The rooms were very cold because the heating was off. Staff treated guests from abroad differently, and nobody spoke even a little English, which caused real problems. The owner also accused us of damage that hadn’t happened and immediately worked out amounts we supposedly owed. At breakfast, the owner chose the meal for everyone, so there was no way to request our own, and the queue took a lot of time. One day the cleaners didn’t clean; they only took photos and sent them to the guardians, saying they wouldn’t tidy because the room was dirty. The lady also came into the room without knocking, which felt like a violation of privacy and personal space. This isn’t a hotel for friends who want to spend time together, since there’s no opportunity to meet up.

The staff spoke only Italian, which was a big disadvantage for us. The food wasn’t okay either: it seemed there were better dishes for Italian guests and worse ones for non-Italians. We were a group of ten friends. The hotel looked nice, but it was cold, and the ski room stayed unlocked the whole time. Room service ignored the door signs asking them not to come in and clean. At 8pm the strict manager, maybe the owner, entered without knocking and said no more than two of us could be in our room, even though we were just playing board games and having fun. This hotel wasn’t worth it.

The food was varied and really good, and the owners were polite and helpful. Everything was clean and well looked after, with a children's fun park very close by. We couldn’t have asked for more.
