The spa was amazing, with indoor and outdoor heated pools and saunas, and the evening activities like wine tasting were great too. The bar, meals, and room were all perfect, as was the service. It’s close to the ski pistes, and the value was great. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

The heated outdoor pool had a picture-book view, and the relaxation area by the indoor pool was so peaceful. The bedrooms were beautiful too. From the moment we walked in, the hotel felt calm and relaxing. The staff were lovely, the drinks service was great, and the food was plentiful, varied, beautifully presented, and cooked perfectly. What a fantastic team, working hard together to give guests a great experience. We feel lucky to have stayed there.

With everything included, I expected the staff might be less hands-on, but they kept offering us cocktails and snacks, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s pure luxury, with amazing food, cocktails, and plenty of places to sit and relax depending on your mood. The location and atmosphere were incredible, and every detail seemed thought through. One of the best hotel experiences of my life. It’s worth planning a whole holiday around, even if that means driving farther for your Dolomites excursions. So worth it!

We stayed for four nights and had an amazing time. The staff took care of everything we needed, including making one-off menus for our dietary requirements. The housing staff were very accommodating too, and the spa and pool were excellent.

We loved the all-inclusive package and the spa area, and having our own jacuzzi and sauna as part of the room was a treat. Amazing experience for a great price. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
