Every room comes with a refrigerator and a patio looking toward the mountains, and some also have a balcony. At Affittacamere Il Colle, the rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. There’s a garden, terrace, barbecue area, free private parking, and a playground. Guests can play darts or table tennis, and the property also has room service, luggage storage, an ATM, and concierge service. It’s in Faicchio, 40 km from the Royal Palace of Caserta. The Second University of Naples and Università Popolare di Caserta are each 45 km away, and Naples Capodichino Airport is 63 km away.

What made our Easter Monday memorable was how warmly Giovanni and his family welcomed us, including his mother, father, grandparents, and their little beagle, Tyson. Giovanni and his mother worked tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable, and they were so kind and friendly. The place is right on the Via Francigena, surrounded by pristine nature, and feels like a peaceful little oasis. We were surprised by the quality for such a ridiculously low overnight price: everything was modern, functional, and comfortable, especially the memory foam mattresses, which felt like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was already laid out when we woke up, and there was plenty of it. The B&B also has secure parking and a fully equipped barbecue area. Everything was impeccably clean. My friends and I will definitely be back. ❤️

We were all very happy with our stay on December 15th and 16th. Giovanni, his mother, and his grandmother treated us wonderfully, even welcoming us with cake and coffee. Our rooms were spotless and really beautiful, and breakfast was both delicious and generous. They gave us detailed tips for places to visit, including San Lorenzello, Grassano Park, and Telese, as well as local restaurants. We ate excellent traditional food there at very good prices. I was there with my husband and two friends.

The breakfast was generous and excellent, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and ready to help. The place is surrounded by nature in a quiet spot, with a convenient connection to the main road. Faicchio center is about a 10-minute drive away.

We found the B&B really peaceful, with greenery all around and a lovely view. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the hosts were excellent. A great spot to unwind. Recommended.
