The terrace view was amazing, and it was a quiet place with all the necessary equipment close at hand. The owners were lovely, and we managed despite the language barrier.

The terrace looks out over the sea, and the place was very clean with friendly service. We had a great time. The elevator is the only drawback, though that's not the owner's fault. A wonderful find, congratulations.

The roof terrace is large, and the apartment has been beautifully renovated with everything you need for a seaside stay, including a washing machine. Getting upstairs means tackling a lot of stairs since there's no elevator. The Falconara refinery is close by, and its smell sometimes blends with the sea air. Ancona and Senigallia are nearby, which makes up for a lot. It's a good value base for exploring the area.

The roof terrace has a blissful view, and the penthouse itself is amazing, modern, and very clean. The hostess was friendly and lent us a parking pass, which is mandatory on that street and wasn't in our rental car. The catch is the many stairs and no elevator 🙄. It's also rarely available!

Even with the bad weather, we made the most of the apartment and had a wonderful time. It's lovely, and the owners are just as lovely, super friendly and helpful. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again! 😊
