Gianni was a wonderful host and shared really useful tips that helped us make the most of Venice. Our room was spacious and very clean. It's a hidden gem in the heart of the city, and I'd highly recommend it if you're on a budget but want to be right in the middle of everything.

The host made us feel right at home, and breakfast was thoughtfully prepared. We booked just a week before arrival, but everything was perfect. Piazza S.Marco is only a three-minute walk away, and our room was clean and nicely furnished.

Giovanni was the best part of the stay: he answered every question quickly and was still happy to help when we needed a favor after checking out. The rooms are nicely decorated, and breakfast has a decent range of options. A five-star experience.

We were met at the vaporato station by the owner, who walked us to the property and shared useful advice on what to see and what to skip. The location worked brilliantly for the sights we wanted to visit, and the accommodations were great. He was always ready to answer questions. We'd happily stay again.

We were only there for one night, but Gianni was kind and professional and suggested several places to eat and explore. Getting there from the airport by water transport was easy, and San Marco is very close. Gianni also kindly gave us directions.
