Five families with kids spent a wonderful winter break at Hotel Falken. The atmosphere was great, the food tasty, and there were all the facilities we needed. Getting to Kronplatz was convenient too. Thank you, Sabine and Martin, for your hospitality and for being patient with our lively children :)

We had a wonderful stay in August 2025. The medium-sized property is very well maintained, with welcoming staff and excellent food. It's conveniently located outside the city center in a quiet small town, close to the main road for easy access. The owners are kind and discreet. The pool and wellness center were excellent. We'd be happy to return, highly recommended!

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and quality products. The room was spotless and comfortable, and although the wellness center is small, it's basic and well kept. Dinner was good, though it could be better. There were a few things that got in the way of relaxing. Nobody supervises the wellness area, and screaming children can disturb you. The curtains in our room were too sheer, so early morning light disturbed our sleep. The shower doors were a little hard to open, and some staff came across as cold and aloof. It was still a pleasant stay, with a few details that could be improved.
