I booked at the last minute after my flight was delayed and I couldn't catch the ferry to the islands. Then the flight from London was delayed again, and I had to spend the night in London, so the booking became useless. I asked the owner for a refund since it was only two hours after I booked and I couldn't make it. He disappeared and stopped responding.

The rooms are clean, and the location is central in London. Nothing to complain about.

I've stayed here several times and tried a few different rooms. They were all very comfortable. Barbaro Suite is in a wonderful spot in the Spanish Quarter, with plenty of nearby restaurants serving excellent food. The staff are very friendly, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of experience.

The owners are always kind and helpful, and make you feel right at home. Each visit confirms how welcoming the atmosphere is and how good the location is. Whenever I'm in Naples, this is the B&B I choose without hesitation. Fantastic, and highly recommended! 💙🍕
