Hotel Pineta

We slept well in the second-floor room overlooking the garden and pine forest. There was a lovely tree right in front of the balcony. Breakfast was generous, with croissants, homemade fruit tarts, grandmother’s cakes, and rice cakes, plus a continental option. The owners were friendly. Fanano’s center is 500 meters away, which suited us just fine since it meant peace and quiet. Recommended.

The owners were kind, welcoming, and quick to help. Our room was simple but clean and warm, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a basic buffet, and everything I ordered was fresh and delicious, just as I’d hoped. The price felt reasonable for the service. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Passo del Lupo and 500 meters from Fanano’s center, with restaurants and small supermarkets nearby.

There’s a large dining room for meals throughout the day, with a comfortable veranda attached, and a lovely park behind the hotel where some CAI trails begin. The location is easy to reach and just a short walk from Fanano’s center, the Palazzetto, the ice rink, and the roller skating rink. The place has what sports groups need, especially for retreats and training before the season starts again after summer. Staff are always available. Their courtesy depends a bit on who you deal with, but they’re polite and quick with a joke. The rooms and bathrooms could use an update. We had an excellent experience.
