Graziella made us feel at ease right away. She’s an attentive, incredibly kind host, and we quickly built a genuine, simple connection that felt rare these days. We won’t forget the old-fashioned atmosphere anytime soon. The place is pet-friendly and tucked into the Fano hills, away from the bustle but still within reach of the sea and town center. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with air conditioning. The bathroom was large, though outside the room. In summer, breakfast is served under a pergola, with generous portions and homemade tarts adapted to guests’ needs. A bucolic stay that’ll stay in our hearts.

We stayed for three weeks and hated having to leave. From the house you can enjoy a priceless view of the sea, while the peaceful hillside setting still gets you quickly to Fano’s lovely center and the beaches. Graziella was a charming host, always ready to help. The upstairs rooms are large and furnished in Italian style. Thanks for everything.

Graziella’s lovely hospitality made us feel at home. It’s a welcoming, pet-friendly retreat among the beautiful Marche hills, with the sea just 15 minutes away. Breakfast was superb, and we’d be very happy to return.

It’s so quiet here that all you hear are crickets, exactly what we wanted. Graziella is wonderful, and we felt at home straight away. The rooms have lovely Italian country-style furnishings, and the bathroom is a real highlight. We had a big balcony, and the value for money is excellent. One more thing, she speaks perfect English. We’ll definitely be back to Graziella’s next year.

We loved it enough to return for another week in October after our 12-day September stay. The terrace has an enchanting view over a beautiful garden, and Mrs. Graziella made us feel spoiled with her breakfasts and kindness. The rooms and furnishings were gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!
