I Passeggi Rooms & Relax

We arrived at noon, and before even seven hours had passed, we’d already been welcomed like royalty. They served us an aperitif with speck, mozzarella, and cheese, then offered us a delicious fish pasta dish, among other things. The room had air conditioning. Seven stars, not five. I’ll remember this place fondly.

I’m replying on behalf of I Passeggi Rooms. Mattia, Laura, Simone, and Deborah stayed in an apartment, not in the guesthouse, and they were treated very well. They had breakfast, which wasn’t included in the price. I also gave Laura a birthday cake for free. I consider their review completely false and inconsistent with what happened.

The place itself was well kept, but we strongly advise against dealing with these rude and deceitful people. They even pretend to be vegan. We won’t be back. I’d stayed here a couple of times with my boyfriend for work. The first time, I left my iPhone charger behind. I messaged to ask if they could return it when I came back five months later. When we did return, the owners were so pushy that after work we’d get stuck at the entrance for at least an hour, too tired to do anything but listen, and unable to get to our room and rest. They also talked badly about themselves and all the other guests, which was completely unprofessional. Who knows what they said about us. One evening they told us, without us asking, that we could park in the garden. We parked there and went to dinner. At 9:00 PM, while we were at the restaurant, they kept calling and texting, insisting we hurry back to move the car because a man needed the space. We’d just sat down and refused to return right away, but they kept messaging. During the stay I repeatedly asked for my charger. They said it was at their home, but forgot it every time. On the last day they gave me the same story again and promised to mail it to my home at their expense. I never got it back, and now they don’t answer my messages.

The welcome was warm and straightforward, and the place was spotless with well chosen furnishings. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. It’s handy for the highway, Fano’s center, and the sea, where there are lots of places to go. The beaches are welcoming and well equipped, and there’s a free beach too.
