We felt so welcome and would definitely come back. Pepe was a fantastic host, happy to share advice and information about the area, and such a pleasant chap. The location was great for our week in Fano, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Bottled water was topped up daily. Breakfast was a feast, with one different item made by the kitchen each day.

Giuseppe is a delightful host, and the breakfast is excellent. Everything was absolutely perfect. I'll be back.

Giuseppe's thoughtful, helpful nature shows in the care given to the place, and he notices every detail. This little villa has early 20th-century furnishings and a well-stocked living room library focused on the arts and knowledge. It's just over a 5-minute walk from the sea and historic center. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and generous portions, as well as lovely flavors and colors. Thank you for everything!

Giuseppe looked after every detail and cared for his guests with rare kindness and great skill. The villa is lovely and sits on a quiet street, just over a 5-minute walk from the sea and historic center. We had a truly wonderful stay, felt right at home, and are very grateful for such an excellent host. Breakfast was excellent too, with an appealing range, generous quantity, and great colors and flavors.

We stayed one night while passing through and felt very comfortable. The bikes could be stored in the garden, and the street parking was secure. The breakfast really stood out, freshly prepared with plenty of both sweet and savory choices. The B&B has lots of attention to detail and makes a good alternative to a hotel. We'd happily stay longer next time.
