Ristorante Camping La Mimosa

A nice campsite, though reaching the sea means going through an underpass.

The landscaped grounds have lots of shade, and it’s a great area for cycling. The beach is only a few meters away. Stefania welcomed us warmly and gave us a lovely pitch at a good price, so we decided to stay longer. We spent six nights here in our minivan in the off-season, and this charming family-run campsite was exactly the relaxed sort of camping I like. We’d happily return.

The pool was lovely, the little restaurant was nice, and the road and trains didn’t bother us much. Trains are part of life along much of the coast anyway. We spent three nights at La Mimosa with our camper and got a very friendly welcome. Our pitch had both sun and shade, plus private sanitary facilities, which was great. They let us know the upcoming weekend would be very busy for Republic Day, so that would have been too crowded for us. We enjoyed our stay with our dog, who had a lovely swim in the sea. Fano is a 20-minute bike ride away, and the beach is lovely for walks. Thanks to everyone at La Mimosa!

Everyone was so friendly, from the owners to the staff. The campsite in Torrette di Fano is beautifully maintained, with lots of flowers and greenery. Congratulations!
