The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices reasonable, and the property beautiful, well finished, and surrounded by greenery. It's in a strategic spot, about 15 minutes from the safari park, the Castellana Caves, Alberobello, and seaside places like Torrecanne for anyone who likes sandy beaches. The area gets a good breeze, so even in extremely hot weather it's a great place to stay. We'll definitely be back.

It's a quiet, peaceful spot, and the large porch is nice for relaxing. There was no breakfast, so I'd call it just a Bed! The furnishings are dated. Our triple room had no air conditioning because they said it was "cool," though I didn't find it that cool. There's a fridge and hairdryer, but luckily we brought an adapter for the outlets. My cell phone didn't work, although the WiFi signal was great. The gate has to be opened manually, and we were unlucky to get a rainy day, which made things uncomfortable. There's a drying rack and a living room with a sofa and table. The toilet is too close to the sink, so it's uncomfortable. I'd have given three stars, but gave two because the staff were quite rude when we arrived. One of the guests had opened the gate for us, and we drove into the parking lot and stopped briefly in the first available spot, which apparently wasn't suitable. I recommend a chamomile tea every morning!

The owner made us feel welcome, and breakfast was generous. We spent three lovely days here with family after mid-August. It’s peaceful, and towns like Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Fasano are easy to get to. The one snag was the internet: there was no connection, even over WiFi.

The hostess was kind and very helpful, and the clean room had a little fridge. The bed and pillow were on the hard side, though, and the room cleaning and bed-making we were told would happen every two days only happened after we asked, three nights in. We also got detergent samples just on the first day. Breakfast is something you prepare yourself in the kitchen, with milk, tea, coffee, and packaged croissants rather than fresh ones. The location works well for visiting Alberobello and Castellana Grotte, and Polignano a Mare and Monopoli aren't far away. It’s a decent option if you’re looking to save money.
