We chose this hotel because we were going to a wedding next door, and the location was wonderfully convenient. The other parts of the stay left us a bit disappointed. The advertised free shuttle wasn't running, the rooms were noisy, and on the third floor at 10.30pm, young children were running along the hallway and laughing. The air conditioning kept switching on and off, apparently overridden at certain times, even though we kept the window securely shut as staff advised. The pool was closed when we arrived, then one of the two pools opened on our second day. Breakfast was good but busy. It seems to attract families visiting the zoo or adventure park. We stayed for convenience, but wouldn't choose it if we came back.

The restaurant food was great, and the staff were great too. The hotel was nice and clean, with a nice breakfast. You can save money on safari tickets by buying them here.

We used the hotel as our base for last week's World Inline Figure Skating Championships in Fasano. The place was lovely, very clean, and the food was good. The pool was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really nice and most of the staff were friendly, but the pool bar man was incredibly rude. I've never met anyone like it. He seemed very ignorant and would slam the drinks and change down on the bar, even when you held out your hand, he'd put them down away from it. He often ignored our daughters too. Without him, this would have been a five-star stay. He should either find work away from customers or get retrained in hospitality.

I really liked this quiet, pleasant hotel, with its lovely views and nice pool. Breakfast was quite different from the usual UK style, but there was plenty of it. The zoo nearby might appeal to some, and the beach is within a 10 minute drive. There are almost no restaurants close by, though. The nearest is on the other side of the highway.
