We had a disappointing experience with the property and its management team. There were major problems with cleanliness, plumbing, and the advertised internet, and the value for money was extremely poor. Wonderful Italy charges a 10/10 price for a stay at Villa Manfredi, but the property wasn't prepared for that experience and customer issues weren't handled adequately. Based on what happened during our stay and afterward, when we tried to reach an acceptable resolution, I wouldn't recommend this property or any other place managed by Wonderful Italy.
