The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and you can rent a bike for just 5 euros a day. Breakfast was nice, with espresso and cappuccino available, but it’s better to get there early since the food wasn’t always replenished after 9am. It was an ideal place to base myself in Favignana, though the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong. There was also a lot of morning noise from people moving around the hotel, so I couldn’t sleep any longer. My room was right by the staircase. Grazie!

The rooms were spacious and clean, just like the photos, and breakfast was excellent. The woman running breakfast was patient and very kind to everyone. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and impeccable, and their advice made our stay wonderful. They always greeted us with a smile and such warm hospitality. The property is close to both the port and the town center, where the shops and restaurants are. We took a boat tour with lunch included, rented a car to see the island, and took a taxi to the only equipped beach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Good location, but that was the only positive for us. The bathroom was visibly dirty when we arrived, even though the usual cleaning strip was in place. The next day the bed only looked made. When we pulled back the sheets, the ones underneath hadn’t even been turned down. Breakfast was very poor, and there was no staff member in the dining room to ask for help or anything we needed. We’d arranged an early breakfast in our room because we had to leave early, but it arrived when we were ready to go. Disappointing all around. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

We came from Australia for our vacation in Italy and stayed at this hotel this summer. The owner and receptionist gave us outstanding service, welcoming us and helping with all our requests. The hotel is in a wonderful downtown location. They made our vacation precious and unforgettable. Thank you ❤️ We’ll definitely be back next year!

Breakfast was varied and very good. The woman in the breakfast room and the ladies who cleaned the rooms were all attentive and kind. The hotel is perfectly located in the center, and everyone at reception was friendly. When we had a small problem with our room, they acted straight away to sort it out.
