We loved the room’s interior, and the bed was comfortable. Booking the terrace room was a good choice too, with incredible views and plenty of space to sit outside. It’s right in town but tucked away from the busy street. There were no beach towels available for our entire stay because they had run out, which was disappointing given there are only a few rooms. They also didn’t have an iron or steamer for us.

The room was really comfortable, and the whole place had the feel of a real Favignana home. The setting is beautiful, the people are so lovely, and breakfast was a 10. We had such a warm, pleasant stay and loved it.

The location puts you right in the middle of town, and our clean room had its own terrace. The host was friendly and full of helpful tips for exploring the Island. Breakfast was fine, though the 07:30-09:30 hours don’t leave room for sleeping in.

The location is good and the interior design is attractive, but this felt more suited to a photo shoot than a stay. Our ground floor room was not liveable. There’s a mould problem throughout the building, apparently due to poor construction, and it was especially bad downstairs. I smelled mould all day. The doors are very thin, so every sound from reception carries through. The balcony area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or months. At breakfast, I found a moth family inside the pistachio jar. I showed a staff member, and she opened it in front of me to let them out. That was her solution. If you like eating pistachios with moth eggs, this is the place for you.

We had a very enjoyable stay at House dell’Arancio. The welcome and customer service were great, and breakfast had a superb selection.
