The breakfast in the shared ground-floor kitchen was excellent. The room was spacious and cozy, with a bathroom and a big TV, and Wi-Fi is free. It’s a friendly, relaxing place in central Fermignano, easy to reach, with free parking nearby. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Recommended!

The rooms are roomy and very clean, and the owner was kind and helpful. The place is nicely styled and right in the center of Fermignano, close to public parking. Just be aware that the brick staircase up to the rooms is quite steep.

Mrs. Cinzia was kind, friendly, and attentive to what we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The historic center of Fermignano is right there, and Urbino is about 10 minutes away by car or bus. Recommended.

A real little gem: private, comfortable, clean, and lovely. The woman who welcomed us was warm and kind, and offered us water and coffee. Breakfast had something for everyone, sweet and savory, including freshly made hot crescia tanro. Thank you 🤗
